Manchester United, having just beaten Sunderland and Liverpool, look to make it three Premier League wins in a row tonight. They have momentum with Ruben Amorim in charge for the very first time!

Only problem is, the opposing team are Brighton & Hove Albion, with victories in their previous three visits at Manchester United’s home, plus six out of seven encounters in this rivalry.

Despite United’s form; it’s been straightforward very comfortable. That said, the visitors are also famously erratic like United, making this match intriguing and possibly rollickingly good entertainment.

Selection Changes

Manchester United make a couple of alterations in the wake of their 2-1 win against Liverpool. Šeško starts instead of Mount, who drops to the bench, while last week’s win-securing hero Harry Maguire doesn’t feature entirely, Yoro replaces him in defense.

Maguire picked up an injury during training this week. Malacia makes the squad on the bench in 2025-26.

Brighton have made one change post-success against over Newcastle. Likely a defensive move, including Maxim De Cuyper for Diego Gómez, who drops to the bench.

Welbeck, a member of the last Manchester United squad to win the Premier League in 2012-13, comes back to Manchester with great momentum of four goals in three games, one more than he’d managed from 15 prior games.
